Unaccepted Items

Please read the following list of unaccepted items carefully. There have been changes made for the upcoming sales!

We accept most items related to kids. All items MUST be in excellent condition with no signs of wear and no damage such as tears, holes, missing or broken zippers, stains, missing parts, pet hair, odors, etc.

  • ONLY ITEMS APPLICABLE TO THE UPCOMING SEASON WILL BE ACCEPTED, FOR EXAMPLE: SWIMSUITS, SHORTS, TANKS AND SANDALS, ETC. WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED AT THE SPRING SALE. HALLOWEEN COSTUMES, SWEATERS, COATS, WINTER BOOTS, ETC. WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE FALL SALE!!

  • IT IS THE CONSIGNOR'S RESPONSIBILITY, AS SELLER OF THE ITEMS, TO MAKE SURE NONE OF THEIR ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECALLED. AT DROP OFF, EACH CONSIGNOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER ACCEPTING THE LIABILITY OF THE ITEMS THEY BRING, AND STATING THEY HAVE ENSURED THAT NONE OF THEIR ITEMS ARE RECALLED OR DO NOT MEET SAFETY STANDARDS. THE WAIVER, ALONG WITH THE RECALL LISTS & SAFETY STANDARDS ARE ON OUR WEBSITE UNDER "RECALL INFORMATION".

Unaccepted Items

  • NEW....... NO BEDDING or blankets of any kind! NO sleeping bags or pillows. .

    • NEW........NO CAR SEATS will be accepted. Only infant carriers that are a part of a travel system (stroller) will be accepted.

      • NEW........NO JUNIOR CLOTHING.

        • NEW …...NO MATERNITY CLOTHING

        • No cribs manufactured prior to June 28, 2011 due to the new crib law. Cribs being sold manufactured on and after the date of June 28, 2011 MUST have the manufactured date on the crib. All cribs must be assembled on the sales floor by you, the consignor.

        • Nothing that has been recalled or is unsafe....it is YOUR responsiblity to check for recalls!

        • NO POTTY SEATS.....of any kind unless they are new in box, unopened

        • NO DIAPER PAILS OR GENIES...unless NEW

        • NO formula or food items that are expired or not factory sealed

        • NO nipples, pacifiers or teething rings and toys unless in new unopened package

        • NO underwear unless in new unopened package

        • NO clothing with stains, tears, pet hair or bad odors

        • NO broken items or items with missing parts / pieces

        • NO stuffed animals (unless battery operated) NO EXCEPTIONS...they will be pulled!!

        • NO computers

        • NO children's jewlery due to the lead laws

        • NO video or computer games marked "Mature" or R-rated

        • NO trinket toys such as happy meal toys

        • NO VHS tapes or cassette tapes

        • NEW........ NO blankets of any kind. This includes pillows and sleeping bags. Only infant crib bedding sets will be accepted.

        • NO infant bath tubs

        • NO breast pumps...unless new and unopened
