Dropping off items.

Here's exactly what to expect when you bring your tagged items to the sale.

New this sale: We inspect items as they're brought in. Please be patient — we're committed to bringing our customers great quality in clean, sale-ready condition. Don't feel embarrassed if an item is not accepted; stains and tears can slip past anyone.

Make sure your items have the required printed tags from the online system attached. We will NOT accept hand-printed tags unless you have prior approval.

When dropping items off, allow enough time to have them inspected/checked in and placed on the sales floor. Volunteers will be there to help.

Please do not allow your children to play on or with toys if they come with you — for their safety and out of respect for our consignors.

Sign In & Presale Armband

When you drop items off, sign in. This is when we issue your armband for the Consignor Presale. If someone else drops off for you, make sure they sign you in — print the waiver from the website and send it with them. If you do not sign in, we cannot activate your items for sale.

After You Drop Off

Once you drop off, you're done. There is nothing more to do other than pick up your unsold items (unless they are being donated) at the designated time.

Getting Paid

Payment is made by check at consignor pickup. If you are unable to pick up your items, or your items are being donated, your check will be mailed within one week of the sale closing.
