Why Volunteer?
- Shop 1 hour before the Consignor Presale — first pick of every bargain
- Sign up for two 3-hour shifts and your $12 registration fee is waived
- Every shift enters your name in a drawing for one of six $50 prizes — work more shifts for better odds
Volunteer Roles
- Set-Up: Help inspect items at drop-off and assist consignors placing items on the sales floor.
- Sale Floor: Keep the sale neat and organized during shopping hours, and help remove tags at check-out.
- End-of-Sale Sorters: Sort and organize unsold items for pickup and pack donations.
Volunteer Tips
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes — you'll be on your feet.
- Light snacks and drinks (water, soda, chips, crackers) provided.
- Sign in when you arrive for your shift.
- Please do not bring young children to work with you.
- Help advertise the sale — the more shoppers, the higher your consignor profits!
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
Please make every effort to fulfill your scheduled shift. If life happens and you need to cancel, let us know so we can fill your spot. Volunteers who no-show without notice will not be permitted to shop early at future sales.
