Sales are held twice a year — once in the Spring and once in the Fall at the Fayette County Fairgrounds (now in TWO buildings!). Subscribe to the mailing list for exact dates and presale passes.
Register as a consignor on this site, then follow the steps under Preparing, Pricing & Tagging. You'll receive a consignor number to use for entering and tagging your items.
Yes — you register for every sale, but you keep the same consignor number each time. Just use the Returning Consignor login.
The $12 fee helps cover our building lease, insurance, racks, sales materials, and advertising. It's deducted from your final commission check — no upfront payment required.
Consignors keep 70% of their selling price, minus the $12 registration fee per sale. Volunteers can earn even more and shop at exclusive presale times.
Payment is made by check at consignor pickup. If you can't pick up your items or you've donated them, your check is mailed within one week of the sale closing.
Drop-off is Tuesday and Wednesday of sale week, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. See the Schedule page for full details, and allow time for items to be inspected and placed on the floor.
Yes — print the Recall Waiver and Consignor's Agreement, sign them, and send them with the person dropping off. Make sure they know your consignor number so they can sign you in.
We screen items closely to maintain sale quality. Please don't be offended if we ask you to take back an item — stains and tears are easy to miss at home. See the Unaccepted Items page for full details.
You can pick them up during the scheduled pickup window, or mark them for donation. Donated items go to local charities. See the Unsold Items page.
Yes — after each sale day closes we upload the sales. You'll see what sold once you log in to the Consignor Homepage. Uploads can be late in the evening, so please be patient.
Registered consignors receive an armband when signing in at drop-off. Only one armband is issued per consignor number. Bring your spouse or one family member — no friends.
Every consignor gets to shop the Consignor Presale. To shop even earlier, sign up as a volunteer — volunteers shop 1 hour before the consignor presale. New and expecting moms also have their own presale window.
No — bring a tape measure and your child's sizes and measurements with you.
A limited number of large bags are available. You can also bring your own laundry basket, tote, or bag.
Hangers from sold items are not returned. Any hangers left at the end of the sale are free for consignors at pickup on a first-come, first-served basis.
Price to sell — most shoppers compare against retail sales racks and dollar stores. We recommend enabling the Sunday half-price option. Don't overprice to compensate; more shoppers pay full price on the first days.
Most sellers move 50–60% of their items; some sell 80–100%. Success depends on pricing and condition. Infant clothing (0–24 months) sells at lower rates because of volume — price low in those sizes.
Cash, Mastercard/Visa, and Discover. A small surcharge (min. $1, max $2 per transaction) applies to credit card payments. We no longer accept personal checks from shoppers. Sales tax is charged as required by law.
All sales are final — please inspect items carefully before purchasing. We do offer batteries for testing battery-operated items.
We'll issue a replacement check, but we may have to deduct up to $30 to cover bank fees for cancelling the original check.
Yes, but please do not allow children to try out or play on the toys — for their safety and out of respect for consignors.
