Save these dates so drop-off, presale, and pickup all go smoothly.
Item Entry Deadline
Sunday before the sale, by midnight. All items must be entered into the online system before this cutoff so tags can be scanned at drop-off.
Item Drop-Off
Tuesday & Wednesday of sale week, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Please allow enough time for your items to be inspected, checked in, and placed on the sales floor.
Presale
- Volunteers: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (guests not permitted)
- Consignors: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- New & Expecting Parents: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Sale Open to the Public
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Held at the Fayette County Fairgrounds — now in TWO buildings.
Pick Up Unsold Items
Monday after the sale, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Please be prompt! Items not picked up by 8:00 PM will be donated.
