Product safety & recalls.

It is important to us that only safe products are offered to our customers. Each consignor should carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our event.

As the seller/owner of an item, it is the consignor's responsibility to ensure that each item meets required safety standards.

Recall Waiver

At drop-off, every consignor will be required to check in and sign a Recall Waiver accepting liability of the items they bring, stating they have ensured that none of their items are recalled and that all meet safety standards. If someone else is dropping off for you, print the waiver and send it with them.
